Ordering

Ordering products on our site is safe and secure. We use PayPal Billing because of their superior attention to providing a secure web shopping experience.

To provide the highest level of security we use a combination of PayPal Billing and our third party shopping cart loaded which is loaded with security features and steady security updates. Farm Fresh Pet is committed to providing a safe way for you to purchase our superior foods.

Delivery & Shipping

For local clients located in the Tri-County area of South Florida, we offer our home delivery service. We love to meet all of our clients, both the furry ones and the parents :D

If you do not live in South Florida we offer delivery via UPS or Fedex. Please call for arrangements.

Our fresh foods are shipped in insulated boxes intended for the shipping of perishable food items. Depending on area of delivery, we may use gel-paks, dry ice, and/or a combination of the two. The shipping surcharge covers the cost of these items. We do not profit off the surcharge or shipping charges.

All of our orders are shipped to ensure delivery by the weekend, in order to better guarantee that the food arrives fresh & frozen. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or to addresses outside of the continental United States.

Inspecting Shipments

We recommend that someone be available to receive the shipment. Please inspect your shipment, and make sure that the correct products have been delivered. Please check for damaged or thawed containers. Some thawing is acceptable but the food should not be warm. Immediately place all products into the freezer to maintain their safety, freshness, and nutrition.

Refund/Return Policy & Procedure

At Farm Fresh Pet Foods, our focus is on producing the highest quality pet foods. We firmly stand behind our product quality, and we guarantee that all of our products are free from manufacturer defect. If you find any discrepancies with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the products. We will be happy to correct any shipping errors.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Farm Fresh Pet Foods. If for any reason you want to return the food within 30 days of receipt please contact us at 305-785-0575 or Service@FarmFreshPet.com.  We will arrange for a full product refund for the unused portion. Please do not send in any return items without first getting a return authorization email from our customer service department. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, this also includes the shipping and handling fee.

We reserve the right to amend or modify these policies including the price of items and/or the cost of shipping without prior notification.

Customer Privacy

Farm Fresh is dedicated to your security and privacy. Farm Fresh Pet Foods does not sell, distribute, lease, or lend your information. Teamed with PayPal, Farm Fresh never stores your credit card information within our servers, databases, or system files.
